This Manager role is aligned to our Financial Services Operating Group. The work will be primarily focused on framing challenges, charting strategy, co-creating with agility, and scaling organizational change initiatives to help define and achieve a client's goals. An Agile Organization Manager within Accenture's Talent & Organization practice has the following responsibilities:

  • Engage the client using innovative methods to collaborate, lead structured rapid idea generation and development, deliver quality solutions quickly, and iterate to improve them

  • Build adaptive cultures within the client that can respond quickly to evolving demands

  • Constantly bring new tools, ideas, and thought leadership to clients

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with clients and Accenture executives

Projectsfor the Financial Management ABL will include business process analysisand requirements definition efforts for remediating gaps cost and cycle time analysis/remediation, and the communication and change management required to ensure success. These initiatives will look beyond just control points and focus on Finance Process Optimization changes that achieve necessary business transformation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform engagement management responsibilities,including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, projectfinancials, quality review and client management * Utilize previous consulting and industry experience to help companies set and achieve their long term goals * Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions for a variety of client issues * Manage business development activities, such ad proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership material. * Meet or exceed sales targets for new andfollow-on work * Business development activities also include assisting partners, principals, and managing directors throughout the entire sales cycle: client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, oral presentations, developing project approaches, resource models, and pricing estimates. Special emphasis on client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, and opportunity qualification. * Maintain a good working relationship withclients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels togather information and perform services * Work closely with Grant Thornton managers andpartners to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues * Access Grant Thornton's global network to bring the best experience to bear * Communicate (verbally and in writing)externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization tosuccessfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence * Manage, develop, train, coach and mentor staffon projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews * Motivate others to perform at maximumefficiency without sacrificing quality of the services delivered * Interview campus and/or experienced candidates * Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization) * Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance orrelated field.
