Our Opportunity

We're hiring a full time Financial Service Representative to join our growing team! This position will be based in our St. Clair Avenue (Downtown) branch located near Downtown Cleveland. Ideal candidate will qualify for a $500.00 sign-on bonus*.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling member needs from sales to service.

  • Discuss members current and future financial needs, analyze possible loan solutions, and provide members with good recommendations that address their needs

  • Cash handling (teller, vault, ATMs, audits, etc.)

  • Provide expertise on a variety of complex credit union services such as IRAs, share certificates, electronic funds transfer, online banking, etc

Qualifications

  • Two years to five years of similar or related experience.

  • Education: A high school education or GED.

  • Cash handling

  • Customer service

  • Sales and cross-selling experience

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED

Other

  • Working knowledge of regulations relating to the Credit Union.

  • Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

AA/EOE

  • Sign-on bonus available for new teammates who start with the company beginning June 1, 2021, for a limited time only. A sign-on bonus of $500, which is subject to tax, will be paid to during the pay period following 90 days of employment. The teammate must complete a full 90 days of employment in order to be eligible.
