We are expanding our team and seeking a Financial Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in central Denver.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the completion of monthly reporting requirements for lenders, private equity sponsor and management, including:
Financial statements
Loan covenant calculations
Other supporting schedules as required
Assist in updating quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes with path to lead both
Assist the Accounting team with financial reports, general ledger analysis, and auditor requests
Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
Minimum of five years relevant reporting and financial analysis experience
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
Experience working with financial institutions is preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
Skills / Abilities
Proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, or Alteryx a plus.
Organized and attentive to details
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
Willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and manage workload
Proficient in communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customers
Team player with a positive can-do attitude
Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
