We have seen tremendous growth within this space, and have our eyes squarely set on growing this company to the best it can be as we help Financial Advisors add value to their clients Product Support Specialist – join our talented Support Team As part of our Product Support Team, you will be working with our customers, Financial Advisors, helping them to utilize our software to create financial plans for their clients. With a 97% customer satisfaction rate, we take great pride in assisting our customers each and every day. This role, and your interactions with various departments, opens up more opportunities within the company as you are ready to grow your career PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Respond to financial advisor questions via online messaging and phone regarding financial planning and technology questions.
