Description

  • Provides thought leadership, consultative support, and partnership with all ECS programs to assist and evaluate portfolio finance and resource plans.

  • Responsible for the budget, process management of invoicing and accruals, contract maintenance, escalations and problem resolution.

  • Manages expected benefits tracking from initiatives to ensure realization of business value upon implementation of solution.

  • Obtains rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, project approval and funding, and analysis of portfolio implications and options to facilitate portfolio prioritization.

  • Develop and maintain portfolio performance reports and provide support to all customers in identifying key performance metrics and indicators.

  • Acts as an expert portfolio resource and manages the end-to-end demand management process for incoming project demand and tactical enhancements.

  • Responsible for implementing cost saving procedures and continuous improvement processes.

  • Gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes project and portfolio performance and project/program to consistently measure the cost effectiveness of the portfolio.

  • Partner with Security Software Portfolio lead in assessing whether new technologies are financially feasible, appropriate and in line with ECS strategic goals.

  • Facilitate prioritization and approval to implement short-term business strategies for project investments in support of ECS objectives.

  • Development and implementation of processes, policies, procedures and programs to drive execution and delivery of the Software Security Portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong meeting facilitation experience

  • Ability to work east coast hours

  • Willing and able to travel to Boston, MA; NY, NY or Springfield, MA once a quarter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree

  • Experience with the PPM tool

  • Working experience within Financial Services with a focus on technology, cyber security or information risk initiatives

  • Prior change management experience desired

target job salary $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
