PURPOSE.

This position is responsible for a full range of activities, which support Executive Management and their teams in operational effectiveness and excellence within their individual areas of responsibility.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.

  • Analyze the company?s activities and trends, and compares analysis against service standards and best practices.

  • Analyst will analyze the profitability of operations through basic financial and statistical modeling and reporting, and make appropriate recommendations, leading to positive operational effectiveness.

  • Assist in the implementation of the Annual Operating Plans for the various areas of responsibility. Assist in the development of tactical and strategic initiatives to support organization objectives, and identify strategies for implementation. Collaborate with Financial Planning & Business Analysis (FP&BA) team to implement overall best practice processes to support those initiatives.

  • Work closely with Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) personnel to identify and maximize information and technology to improve business processes as well as financial and operational metrics.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining driver ? based forecast models to properly inform Executive Leadership Team of expected operational results.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement. Present findings to FP&BA and assist in implementation.

  • Support business units in successfully executing plans and reaching forecasted goals.

  • Heavily involved in the preparation and creation of the Annual Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast process.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

  • Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.

The Sales & Business Development Representative addresses the key challenges generated during the sales process, including: identifying client needs, completing RFP/RFI's, presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements. Sales & Business Development Representatives are expected to maintain deep domain expertise related to TeamMate products as well as the audit, risk and control profession. *This position can be based in a remote office location anywhere within the U.S.* ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Listen to and understand our prospects business requirements * Position and demonstrate our audit, controls, and analytics tools to solve prospect business requirements * Articulate our benefits and value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process * Build and maintain use cases and demonstration configuration of the applications * Prepare and conduct product workshops and proof of concepts on prospect sites * Scope and document solutions to meet our customers' requirements * Respond to functional questions within RFIs/RFPs/RFQs * Conduct functional gap analyses and address business issues raised by prospects, and work together with sales and services to ensure the closure of the process * Work with product management to ensure the functional requirements of customers/prospects are communicated to influence features on the roadmap * Attend conferences as a business representative and demonstrate TeamMate products KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study; Or if no degree; equivalent years of relevant experience Minimum Experience: * Experience with TeamMate or TeamMate+ Audit Management software * Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills * Strong business acumen * Advanced presentation skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams) * Fluent English language skills Preferred Experience: * Internal Audit or Risk Management experience * Experience with any data analytic software * Proficiency with Salesforce or other comparable CRM application * Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and APIs * Bilingual Spanish/English language skills Personal Skills * Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills * Responsible, methodical and organized * Ability to act with urgency and integrity * Innovative, self-learner * Assertive, being able to make expert decisions based on personal judgement * Critical thinking and problem solving * Energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment TRAVEL * Up to 50% travel (mostly domestic) * Possibility of some limited International travel Wolters Kluwer Van Buren AR
