Essential Responsibilities:

  • Creates Towne Vacation-specific reports and documentation using MS Office Suite

  • Prepares and analyzes large amounts of data using Excel and summarizes findings

  • Prepares periodic portfolio reports using PowerPoint for use by Senior Management to assist with portfolio monitoring, board reporting, and external reporting

  • Supports the acquisition projects by working with members of the acquisition team to complete documentation and perform other activities as requested by the team

  • Assist with selection and review of industry peer metrics

  • Manages and coordinates calendars and emails

  • Reviews and evaluates all requests and communications forwarded to the Director and, where appropriate, summarizes, prepares responds and/or re-directs to appropriate channels, acting on behalf of the Director

  • Coordinates travel including air, hotel or flight arrangements

  • Coordinates meetings by scheduling, securing locations, assisting participants with equipment, maintaining supplies, and making catering arrangements

  • Attends meetings and prepares meeting minutes

  • Prepares the monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards

  • Completes all other general administrative duties, including filing and file maintenance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal, organizational, planning, and PC skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet critical deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, computer literacy

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills and telephone presence

  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • CPA or CPA candidate

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts with creativity and authority while maintaining a professional relationship

  • Ability to control situations or events in the absence of higher authority

  • Ability to make recommendations or decisions that affect office operations and activities

  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex calendar
