Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role is located at Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. Onsite

The Main Responsibilities of a person are:

• Play an integral part of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work closely with all levels of the organization in developing budgets, projections, and analysis.
• Prepare impact-driven presentations and analysis summaries.
• Oversee and improve financial performance.
• Manage systems for financial reporting and data analytics.
• Coordinate preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and reporting.
• Conduct and evaluate what-if analysis of various business scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CMA or CPA certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting tools, complex analysis, financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, Power Point and Business Intelligence tools.
• Highly motivated, comfortable working independently, good decision making, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in flexible packaging is a plus.
• Master’s degree in business administration, accounting or statistics is desired.
• Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and working with Private Equity Firms is a plus.
