Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

The FP&A Manager has to manage Financial Planning and Analysis for Muscle Shoals, which includes analyzing/understanding monthly financial statements and trends, various variance analysis, and ad hoc financial reporting. The FP&A Manager ensures monthly, quarterly and yearly group internal reporting according to IFRS standards. The position ensures that processes in place in Operations are in line with the highest Financial standard and are being respected.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company's metal related financials including variance analysis, monthly account reconciliations and ad hoc financial reporting

• Assists the Operations to ensure monthly accuracy of capital expenditure forecasting

• Prepares financial business cases for new capex request and participate to the presentation at the top management

• Ensures monthly, quarterly and yearly group internal reporting according to IFRS standards

• Handles corporate & specific compliance aspects

• Supports the CFO in finance & operations projects

• Ensures that all established internal controls are being followed, which are deemed necessary to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of reporting. (e.g. purchasing, reception, stock takes)

• Performs special projects and other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors in Finance/Accounting. CPA equivalent is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting required,

• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Proactive, hands-on, independent, team player with high level of autonomy and flexibility

• French and/or German skills is a plus

• Awareness of international issues, cultural difference, etc.

With its widest strip mill in the USA and a world-class recycling center, the site represents one of the largest sites within Constellium and is a world-class can recycling center, with the capacity to recycle nearly 20 billion cans per year. Muscle Shoals' main product is aluminum can sheet for the packaging industry, particularly for beverage containers. It manufactures sheet used in all three components of an aluminum can, namely body stock, coated end stock and tab stock. Additionally, Muscle Shoals' supplies Auto Body Sheet substrate to Constellium' s Bowling Green, Kentucky, site.
