We are adding a dynamic Financial Planning Analyst to our team!
We are seeking an energetic and talented Financial Planning & Analysis person (FP&A) to play a key and exciting role in our rapidly growing company. This individual is responsible for providing analytical leadership and reporting excellence for the enterprise with the opportunity to bring value-focused visibility that helps propel us into the future.
Key Responsibilities
Data acquisition, flow of information and management of relevant financial and operating data for the purpose of performance analysis, scorecards/dashboards, predictive metrics, financial modeling, budget variance analysis, and corporate reporting.
Contribute to company's success by providing critical reporting and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and help execute outcomes in line with targets.
Support Senior and Regional Management teams by developing valuable data analysis, financial reporting and scorecards to bring the organization into alignment around a single source of economic truth in sales, cost management, purchasing and inventory reports, margin analysis, adherence to budget allocations, etc.
Perform ad-hoc diligence to support operational initiatives.
Ongoing design and maintenance of our unit level financial reporting system to enable efficient data acquisition, ensure data quality, and provide timely financial transparency.
Skills
Analytical Intellect: The FP&A analyst should be familiar and tactical in data mining and analyzing both predictive metrics as well as historical data of the operations to link certain critical behaviors/factors of financial performance with the KPI of the operations.
Financial Modeling and Effective Presentation Skill: The data, insights and analysis generated by the FP&A must be consumable in a low-effort way to allow decision makers more time solving problems and less time sifting through data.
Managing Flow of information from Unit Level to Global Picture: Recognize the importance of linking unit level metrics with relevant KPI's or corporate targets to help enable senior management see the full picture of current and forecasted operating results.
Should Have Knowledge and Practice Over Excel and Other ERP Software: The analyst should have good knowledge of excel and reasonable skill in the ERP and other customized software used for keeping the books of accounts of the relevant corporate industry.
Mindset: Inquisitive excitement when results are not as expected, sense of urgency to communicate, and the commitment to follow through on solutions.
Data Quality Management: Adherence to the frequent practices, attentiveness to data outputs, and necessary principles for maintaining an exceptionally high level of data integrity coming from the data architecture.
Qualifications
Undergraduate B.S. Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics
At least 2 years of professional work experience
Advanced level of Excel experience
Efficient data analysis capabilities on large data sets
Experience with business intelligence and/or planning and budgeting software applications Power BI a plus
Experience providing financial information to business partners
Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
Food Service Industry experience a plus

Qualifications and Skills:
Analytical Intellect: The person with an FP&A analyst resume should be familiar and tactical in analyzing the historical data of the relevant field and the financial impact of the same over the industry, which includes the data analysis and financial analysis skills altogether.
Financial Modelling or Representation Skill: The analyst should be able to represent the analyzed data into a simple model or project presentation like ratio analysis, etc.
Should Have Fair Presenting and Marketing Skills: The analyst should be able to sell his analysis to the top-level management of the corporate industry like CFO or directors etc.
Should Have Knowledge and Practice Over Excel and Other ERP Software: The analyst should have good knowledge of excel and reasonable skill in the ERP and other customized software used for keeping the books of accounts of the relevant corporate industry.
Should have the skill of strategic decision making and should have proper knowledge of the practice of the corporate industry.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check
