Position Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for Texas and California operations. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Create variance analysis reports and financial models. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, report and analyze all clinic operations, provider and departmental KPI's, Scorecards and budgets for all Texas and California operations.

• Prepare annual enterprise budget and monthly updates.

• Prepare clinic, provider, and enterprise projections.

• Analyze financial reporting from RCM and clinical operations.

• Prepares, manages, and communicates weekly metrics, monthly results, quarterly and annual projections.

• Performs and critiques economic evaluation justifications for capital expenditures and other investments.

• Exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations and solutions to the Senior management team.

• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

• Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

• All other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or related field.

• At least 2 years of financial analysis experience.

• Experience working with Phreesia, Ring Central analytics, NextGen and Power BI

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
