Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager)
Job Description: Ensure that Business Area's ("BA") reported financials are accurate, timely and a fair reflection of operating performance; assist BA's Senior Management in the preparation of reports and meetings.
Coordinate continental, cross-functional team efforts for forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning activities. Track performance metrics and recommend improvement action plans to ensure the business delivers its operating targets. Provide ad hoc assistance to M&A or Capital projects.
Responsible for continuous improvement in the fields of reporting quality and process efficiency over time through participating in project teams and leveraging shared service centers. Responsible for the BA's central costs management and ensuring global internal control policies are in place, tracks and reports on internal audit remediation plans.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting or Finance related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Auditor.
Must have experience in industrial Controlling, as well as performing financial and operational audits, reviewing internal controls, and defining and documenting policies and procedures. Previous experience working in a public company and mining accounting experience under IFRS is required. 15% International and Domestic travel required. May work remotely 40% of the time.
