Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Montebello, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and leverage relationships with all functions of the business to facilitate understanding of key business levers and the ability to develop and monitor operational, HR and finance KPI’s
  Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools
• Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision-making
• Develop product costing analysis to support product Bill of Materials, including direct materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead cost allocations.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis on bottling line enhancement opportunities to determine ROI
• Understand all cost drivers to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast
• Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver results with a high degree of predictability
• Coordinate activities with accounting to ensure seamless interaction between financial reporting and financial planning & analysis

  Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
• Financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership
• 5+ years’ experience as financial analyst, preferably performing manufacturing analysis
• Data base or Data Analytics experience preferred; advanced Excel skills required
• BI experience a plus (Power BI, TM1, MicroStrategy, etc.)
• Manufacturing and plant experience a plus
