Develop tools and models to analyze and improve Company financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions. The financial analyst is a key player in company profit improvements using analytical tools and recommendations to Company leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with senior leadership to develop and maintain appropriate analytic tools to establish goals and measure performance Build rigorous financial models utilizing Company cost and profit drivers to track and predict financial performance. Lead the annual planning and weekly / monthly forecast process (sales, production, operating expenses, capital expenditures & working capital) plus the consolidation of all divisions.

Support the strategic business planning process Identify and surface financial concerns by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Lead cost and profitability analysis by providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. Improve financial status by monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

Prepare the weekly, monthly & quarterly financial reporting packages for key stakeholders Coordinate and lead BI implementation for key metric reporting Provide insight to spending trends to increase understanding and inform decision making Partner with accounting & treasury as appropriate POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES: Functional Skills Strong financial analysis skills including financial planning and forecasting, with exposure to mergers/acquisitions projects a plus. Strong technical skills in finance, accounting, treasury.

Intuitive and insightful, with a keen sense of how to increase company value. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven relationship builder. High-energy with a motivation to take on the challenges that create opportunities.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills, Power BI, scenario modeling skills.
