Summary:

Have a passion for helping people reach their goals, ready to launch you career as a Personal Financial Planner?

Joining the OneDigital family in this role as a Personal Financial Planning (PFP) adviser will allow you time to focus on growth and career development while supporting our retirement plan participants. Our Workplace to wealth process is the heartbeat of the participant experience in the retirement plans we manage and you will be at the core of these conversations. The individuals we serve have dreams and your conversations will assist in laying out the path to achieve those dreams of, being debt free, educating their kids, retiring well and the crown jewel…living a financially independent life.

The Expertise We're Looking For:

• Series 65 required within 90 days of hire

• Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred

• Financial planning experience and knowledge of retirement products and services highly desirable

• Previous phone center experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results

• CFP a plus or ability to sit for exam in first year

The Purpose of Your Role:

Our advisers play a critical role in advocating for the health, success, and financial security of our retirement plan participants. This experience of personal touch and promises kept results in these participants choosing to become OneDigital clients for life. They will be responsible for helping our workplace participants better understand and maximize their plan benefits and provide the education and guidance they need to make their own informed decisions.

• Your comprehensive understanding of the key's to success in retirement savings. Savings rates, investing, Roth vs. Pre-Tax

• Your robust consultative, influencing and communication skills

• Proven capability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Your receptiveness to feedback and willingness to adapt to change

• Ability to work as a core component of a fast paced team

The Value You Deliver:

• Supporting consolidation inquiries by proactively asking participants about prior workplace plans and other outside investments and offering suitable solutions to meet the customers' needs

• Actively engaging retirement plan participants in a needs based analysis to identify appropriate solutions that will compliment and support their overall retirement plan

• Leverage conversation and appropriate tools to assist customers with their retirement readiness

• Applying consultative selling skills to customer interactions to identify suitable solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining and developing assets

• Understanding and articulating to provide general education to clients that can allow our supporting teams to solve their needs in Life insurance, Long Term Care, Medicare and Property & Casualty.

• Identify opportunities to provide more complex planning and partner with other in market planners.

How Your Work Impacts the Organization:

Advisers provide education and support for our workplace participants. You're tasked with creating awareness around retirement readiness and influencing our customers to take action to improve their personal financial situation. You're providing value to OneDigital in a variety of ways including increasing cash flow through increasing deferrals and driving crossover customers that creates opportunity to generate revenue from multiple channels as the participants become OneDigital clients for life.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
