Financial Operations Specialist

DDI Technology is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Irmo, SC.

The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for all banking deposits, withdrawals, voids, ACH, and escrow transactions for TRS customers. This includes all transactions related to Quick Books and banking for DDI's Title Center.
Key Responsibilities:

Record TRS debits/credits from the daily bank transaction report.
Confirm all "Decision Dynamic Drafts" are recorded in Quickbooks.

• Monitor escrow accounts.
  Write checks.
  Pay customer invoices as needed.
  Prepare and send weekly QuickBooks reports to customers.
  Prepare and send monthly escrow reports.
  Create and upload the Positive Pay Check Issue/Void import file.
  Record all manual transactions in EVR as needed.
  Void all returned checks in PeTL and EVR.
  Create new escrow accounts and ACH accounts as requested.
  Request cashiers check from the Financial Analyst for counties that require this form of payment.
  Prepare the ACH report and send it to the Financial Analyst every Monday.
  Document all checks were written for EVR on the EVR spreadsheet. Verify when the checks clear the bank with the "Verify" flag in EVR.
  Monitor all SLA tracking for TRS daily transactions.
  Reconcile the monthly bank reports and send them to IAA as requested.

Competencies and Preferred Skills:

Highschool diploma or equivalency and two (2) years' experience in a business financial environment.
Desired qualification includes experience in business, accounting, finance and/or economics with strong skills in accounting and data analytics.
Microsoft Office tools with strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions. Experience with QuickBooks and experience in writing professional emails.
