We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our polished corporate environment in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and demonstrate proficiency in data entry. This position is an open-ended temporary role with an immediate need.

Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Manage and reconcile debits and credits.

Assist with various accounting tasks and support the finance team. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Take direction well and execute tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Maintain a high level of professionalism in a corporate setting. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience working with accounting principles, particularly debits and credits.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively within a team. Experience in a polished corporate environment is preferred.
