One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License in work office state; Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA exam; JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; State Certified Appraiser License*, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of all requirements for CCIM designation; CHA; or Project Management Professional (PMP).

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $291,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
