Hello Temp is on the hunt for a contract Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the companys objectives. We are looking for an experienced project professional who loves to get in to organizations and learn something new quickly. A successful flexible Finance Manager Consultant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and/or managing a team of Financial Analysts and loves the power of flexible work!


  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.


  • Proven experience as a project contract Financial Manager
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns

This full-time role will primarily work hybrid (days).</p><p>The Financial Services Education &amp; Quality Manager will make significant contribution to processes, education and support to all areas within the Financial Services division.</p><p>In addition, this role is responsible for improving the overall quality of the entire HHS Revenue Cycle function by creating a culture of continuous improvement through the use of a comprehensive education strategy.</p><p>This role will oversee the design, development, and implementation of educational tools, resources, and educational offerings. This role includes overseeing applicable software build, analysis and testing through partnerships with multiple business areas.</p><p>Required COVID-19 Vaccinations for Employees</p><p>Hennepin Healthcare requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes all employees, volunteers, students, and contracted staff, with limited exemptions for medical or religious reasons.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Develops comprehensive Financial Services education programs that achieves desired learning outcomes</p></li><li><p>Develops onboarding and continuing education programs and materials using adult learning theory as a foundation for all development</p></li><li><p>Works to assure standardized training delivery mechanisms and best practices are subsequently utilized</p></li><li><p>Develops measurement criteria to assess effectiveness of training, and reports learning metrics</p></li><li><p>Ensures recording of learning activities within the Learning Management System (LMS) in a manner that enables accurate and timely reporting of key learning metrics</p></li><li><p>Creates feedback loops to report quality deficiencies to education teams in order to create education strategies to improve quality</p></li><li><p>Sets the strategic direction to achieve quality assurance (QA) best practices, streamline processes, and standardize work within each Revenue Cycle function, and other business areas as applicable.
