Financial Management Manager - Level 5

This position is responsible for managing the F-16 program finance team within the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) line of business and will report to the IFG Senior Manager of Program Finance in Fort Worth, Texas.

The position is responsible for delivering the F-16 contractual financial products, (i.e. Integrated Performance Management Reports, Contract Funds Status Reports and Contractor Cost Data Reports); coordinating the F-16 Quarterly Financial Review in accordance with CMS-300 (i.e.- Financial Reconciliation, Detailed CIP, Focus Program Charts, etc.), analyzing monthly cost variances & estimates to complete, and overseeing the annual update to business base from grassroot Comprehensive Estimate-at-Completions (CEACs) updates and high potential business inputs for F-16 programs.

The successful candidate will provide sound guidance to program finance, business management and program management leadership concerning business and financial processes and issues, and ensure applicable financial policies and procedures are applied uniformly across the programs in the IFG portfolio. This position will make improvements to process and improve efficiency.

Effective oral and written communication skills will be required to effectively manage across multiple leadership levels as well as various functional and customer levels.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment

• Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools

• Experience of FAR / DFAR and US Government financial reporting requirements (IPMR, CFSR etc.).

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs

Desired Skills:

• Knowledgeable of LM Aero cost segregation systems including SAP, and financial management toolsets

• Working knowledge of LM command media to include Program Performance Management Process (PPMP), and Program Performance Management Directive (PPMD)

• Effective communication skills; both oral and written.

• Proven leadership in leading, motivating and mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
