As an integral member of the Global Operations Finance team, this Working Capital Analyst will be responsible for developing and driving insights and analytics for the Operations Financial Planning and Analysis group and working closely with our manufacturing sites around the world. This role will engage directly with the business unit teams to deliver actionable reporting that will help drive overall performance.
Partnering with the Director of Global Inventory and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis to report and analyze global inventory
Developing and maintaining all cost accounting for US non-manufacturing Other Cost of Goods Sold (OCOGS) activities
Standardizing Global Operations finance processes to include (but not limited to): reporting practices, cost accounting, and product costing.
Leading and supporting the teams' inventory and non-manufacturing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
Collaborating with team members, business partners, and the controllership organization to ensure that financial procedures and methods are followed properly
Reporting to local/global management of any factors which may potentially endanger integrity and/or may have impact of achieving pre-defined organizational goals
Coordinating with other functions to ensure goal alignment within PerkinElmer (e.g. Corporate FP&A, Inventory, Global Ops US sites: Shelton, Boston, Hopkinton, non-manufacturing).
Engaging team members for collaboration with key internal stakeholders (local/global).

Experience in manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
Possesses a strong sense of ethics and high level of integrity
