The Accounting department consists of teams focused on Accounts Payables, Revenue, Freight and Inventory. The goal of this team is to account for every financial transaction related to the company and its activities, understand why these transactions occurred, and find ways to improve the company's profitability.

Execute an annual Spreetail Risk Assessment process
Discover, create and execute new cross-functional processes identified through the risk assessment to drive scalability
Develop relationships with leaders across the entire business
Track and report team success with financial and operational metrics
Make an impact on revenue per employee, EBITDA and margin, and efficiencies and processes

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a combination of expertise and ability to understand the business.
5+ years experience executing process improvement initiatives, risk management and/or audit experience
Required Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline
Proven experience driving change across multiple departments
Retail experience preferred
Proficient with Visio, Excel, preferred experience with SQL and Agile methodologies
Project Management experience required
Up to 5% of yearly salary; based upon company and team performance
