Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You'll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrated knowledge of common benefit plans (i.e., defined contribution plan, defined benefit plan, stock options, stock appreciation rights, deferred compensation plan).
Demonstrated ability to provide one-on-one employee financial counseling via phone, email, and occasionally in person. Proven ability to perform as a technical specialist in individual financial planning and individual income tax.
Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate conceptual and technical ideas. Proven ability to document call dialogues in writing and summarizing information succinctly. Ability and willingness to conduct financial planning and benefits education workshops/seminars for client's employees in person or via the web.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal executives in a verbal and written format. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service. Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and pay attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, changing environment. Comfortable using a variety of technology applications to complete job responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to work well independently and on teams, both locally and virtually.
Demonstrated experience remaining current on individual tax law changes and financial planning knowledge. Proven experience solving difficult problems and seeking assistance when necessary.
As a tax technical professional, demonstrates ability to research business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals, considering opportunities across multiple lines of service.
Experimentation with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to: - innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
Exposure to pricing, client value and the negotiation process - including reviewing contracts and finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.
