Financial Data Analyst

Job Description Job Description RemX is hiring a Financial Data Analyst for a large healthcare organization Duration: 12 - 16 week Contract Job Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to one or more projects.

Organize project tasks, structure information collection activities, and set timelines for completion of required tasks. Analysis of data, provide recommendations, and make formal presentations to multi-disciplinary teams. Develop new and innovative approaches for finding additional needed information.

Demonstrates initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues in the project which are reasonably complex and require an understanding of how the outcome will affect multiple areas/departments. Make sound decisions on best use of resources in support of medical center priorities and strategies. Support the successful operational implementation and use of technology and New Products.

Develops and maintains assigned databases and reports in Excel and other platforms, for internal and external consulting. Able to pull data and develop reports with minimal supervision or direction. Develop and recommend effective business improvement initiatives.

All duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2 years of experience preferred working with data, reports, and/or accounting Computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of healthcare finances, include hospital expenses, labor and revenue Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience in a related field required.
