Financial Controller - Fp&A & Manufacturing Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, focusing on FP&A and its integration with manufacturing processes. As a trusted advisor to senior management, you'll provide financial and operational insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A process, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations to develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business objectives.
• Manage internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment and support business goals.
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of tax regulations and principles relevant to the company's industry and operations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure tax accuracy and compliance.
• Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.
• NetSuite expertise will be highly valued. Experience leveraging NetSuite for financial processes, reporting, and data analysis is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a financial controller or senior FP&A role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing accounting and cost analysis.
• Strong understanding of FP&A principles and practices (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems Netsuite expertise is a plus.
