Position Overview In this position, the Financial Consultant/Investment Manager would work with high-net-worth individuals and families, developing investment management strategies and coordinating with clients. The candidate will also commit a significant allocation of their time to business development activities in order to build a base of new clients.
Job Duties Manage, retain and grow business relationships with existing clients. Communicate current market strategy and portfolio updates to clients. Act as liaison between clients and portfolio managers.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified and prospective clients. Lead development and implementation of sales strategy, including identification and targeting new client opportunities. Spearhead new business development initiatives.
Actively manage relationships with prospects to achieve higher conversion rates. Responsible for client relationship management. Work with financial intermediaries and spheres of influence to develop a network of referrals.
Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of investment industry or financial services experience. Experience managing 25-50 million in AUM. High level of expertise in sales, networking, and relationship building.
Excellent communication skillsverbal, written, and group presentation. Efficient and excellent time management skills. Articulate and charismatic, interacts well with people at all levels.
