Generates new business by meeting and/or contacting new and existing customers. This is a commission position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Meets established goals for sales activity/contacts daily for non deposit investments..
Responds to customer inquiries; explains new and existing products and services and resolves customer complaints.
Meets established goals for Company operations and service.
Pursues extended sales goals, utilizing telephone, referrals and mail.
Establishes relationships with customers, local businesses and community organizations to enhance the overall marketing efforts of the retail sales office by representing the Company at civic, social and community functions.
Enhances knowledge of all new Bank products and services through education and training on a continuous basis.
Maintains communications with customers to determine the satisfaction level with newly opened accounts/services.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent human relations skills with ability to perform and/or coordinate multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day activities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A 4-year college degree in related area and minimum three-years related investment products servicing/sales. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have thorough knowledge of Word and Excel.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
NASD series 7 and 63 licenses. Ohio Department of Insurance licenses; Life, Accident and health, Variable Life and Variable Annuity.
