We believe that as a Financial Representative, you make a key impact on the branch culture and sales, as the official face of Fidelity. We will help you obtain your FINRA series 7 and series 63 licenses allowing you to provide fundamental financial guidance and mentorship.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • A college degree is encouraged yet not required

  • We feel customer service, sales, phone or financial services experience will prepare you for this role

  • Banking, insurance, or financial experience is an excellent addition to your experience

  • We'll support you while you learn the FINRA licensing material and work to obtain your Series 7 & 63 licenses during your first six months

This role will be located in Bridgewater, NJ. In this role, the HRBP will build and sustain relationships with these dynamic client groups, effectively influence analysis, accountability and decision-making in the areas of leadership and management, talent management and development, succession planning, change management and operational transformation, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, employee engagement, and communications. The HRBP will collaborate with the HR Centers of Expertise (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Shared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support client groups. The person in this role should have business acumen with the ability to align and integrate business needs with HR support and solutions to move the business forward in a growing and changing environment. The person hired for this position must be able to embody and effectively demonstrate the Sanofi LEAD behavioral competencies of thinking strategically, leading teams, making decisions, developing people, acting for change, striving for results, committing to customers, and cooperating transversally. The person must also be able to relate well to all levels of the organization and will have a demonstrated track record of effective influencing and coaching, teamwork, organizational design and restructuring and leadership skills. The candidate must have experience effectively coaching, guiding and influencing senior leadership to drive significant cultural change and employee engagement. The candidate selected must be able to work in a fast-paced, environment, with a sense of drive and urgency, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, the candidate selected will have excellent reasoning and problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective project management skills, and organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation). The candidate should also be able to demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong client partnerships with trust and credibility. Qualifications: * The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years or Master's and four years of progressive Human Resources experience.
