This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, 3 days per week in our Alpharetta, GA office and 2 days per week remote from a home office.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

The Finance Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the database of Cognia's primary business systems, including SAP Concur, ADP, Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, and Salesforce. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Act as the primary backup for all financial management systems.

  • Establish clearly defined standard operating procedures for business systems administration, streamline processes and manage internal communication within the business for effective control. This includes external collaboration with SAP Concur, NetSuite, and third-party management personnel.

  • Manage and monitor Concur, NetSuite, and user profiles within business system including maintenance, activations, deactivations, troubleshooting technical user errors, field user questions and setup.

  • Develop and implement procedures for Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice, corporate AMEX credit card management, NetSuite, and administration in compliance with company policies.

  • Deploy and communicate training materials of business systems for new and existing employees, including the distribution of regularly updated PowerPoint presentations, training, onboarding and off-boarding.

  • Perform duties and fulfill responsibilities that may, from time to time, include related or unrelated tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT preferred

  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in Accounting and/or IT related areas required

  • SQL or programming language certification preferred

  • Experience in using Oracle NetSuite; or similar systems required

  • Technical and functional knowledge on Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice, or similar system required

  • Technical knowledge on financial system integration, configuration, and data transfer; experience with system implementation preferred

  • Proficiency using MS Excel, SQL, VBA, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Visio required

  • Knowledge of business rules and on how to modify them to achieved desired output

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to assess the urgency of multiple, competing tasks and to prioritize and organize work assignments

Anticipated Travel (may include local, national, and/or international travel):

  • Limited travel (0-10%)
  • Travel to Annual All Staff Company Meeting required
