This position will support one/or various Programs within the C6ISR LOB and will be a mix of both Program Controls and Program FP&A. Program Controls duties include: establishing and maintaining control account budget baseline and estimates at complete; supporting the submittal of Customer CDRLs and funding requests; analyzing EVM performance data and advising CAMs on financial matters; inputting and maintaining EVM tool; supporting CAMs on Variance Analysis; management of subcontracts and material; supporting internal Customers in various meetings and ad hoc requests; monthly billing validation and processing; working collaboratively with Bus Ops team. Program FP&A duties include: analyzing monthly Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash; working with Bus Ops team/Manager to recommend updates to Outlook in Hyperion, updating monthly cash forecast, responding to ad hoc requests from C6I FP&A team
Experience in Business Operations/Finance and Program Finance
Working knowledge and experience in execution of EVMS contracts.
Knowledge and experience in FP&A including Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash forecasting and quarterly profit bookings.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Ability to work independently providing financial recommendations to Program personnel and Management.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Experience with Hyperion, Cobra, and SAP.
Access data base experience.
Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements.
Experience with DoD Contracts.
