Jacobs Technology is seeking individuals who are self-leaders, motivated, quick learners, and analytical to perform financial and accounting analysis work. Qualified candidates will be dedicated, professional and eager. Experience working in the automotive field or testing and interfacing with engineers is desired. Work responsibilities involve receiving input/data via Excel for various support teams as required. Candidate will serve as point of contact for Financial / Data Collection review and distribution to teams. Individual will develop, track and distribute daily / monthly metrics. Tasks will include advanced accounting / finance activities and metrics reporting. Position focuses on process and method development in addition to data analysis. Interaction with all business levels in the organization will be required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or appropriate discipline and one (1) year of appropriate experience. Additional relevant education may be substituted for progressive experience.

  • Financial acumen, strong team orientation, communication and organizational skills are necessary.

  • Moderate/advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and using the internet with Microsoft Explorer and Chrome.

  • Ability to use high level functions of Excel for calculations, formatting and data manipulation (including pivot tables)

  • Comfortable seeking data on SharePoint sites, manipulating formats, source data, and proficiency in database manipulation.

Other Essential Functions

Job Description Basic Function This position engages in a variety of task and projects to support the Contact Center and member-owners including client and product implementations, researching service issues, recommending process improvements, analyzing data and trends, and assisting with contact center training. Contact Center Analyst consult with credit union leaders on member experience concerns, provide recommendations on best practices, and promote and demonstrate Contact Center products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with internal PSCU departments to deliver actionable insights, solve problems to improve the member and representative experience. This position enhances the efficiency of Contact Center Operations by identifying weaknesses, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to drive strategic initiatives. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Acts as liaison between Contact Center Leadership and PSCU internal departments to resolve issues, recommend solutions, and implement processes. Assist with new credit union implementations, credit union system conversions, and new PSCU product implementations. Analyst attend project meetings, review software applications, assist in obtaining passwords and logins for agents, review and update scripts and knowledgebase articles, consult with Implementations and credit union on Contact Center practices and procedures, review third party applications for risk liability, coordinate test calls, provide system demonstrations for credit unions, and bring operational issues to the attention of Contact Center management. Participate and lead client-facing credit union meetings as a subject matter expert on Contact Center products, systems, and functionality for critical issue resolution and best practices. Review all Contact Center requests for Credit Union reimbursement and provide recommendations for credit or denial of reimbursement submit approvals for billing adjustments, and track and report monthly reimbursements. Lead client call calibrations for credit union leaders in partnership with the Service Delivery team. This includes researching specific call types, reviewing calls, completing call synopsis, submitting agent-coaching opportunities, and updating scripting or Knowledgebase as identified for process improvements. Provide demonstrations on credit union's unique system(s) setup and functionalities during implementations, site visits, and for escalated credit union concerns. Assist with coordinating and implementing new systems, feature upgrades, and custom requests with IT, Product, and other internal departments. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce service issues, improve the member and agent experience, and reduce credit union complaints. Create floor communications and huddle material for products and credit union procedures. Create, design, and record computer based training material for high liability processes and sensitive credit union concerns. Collaboration with Learning and Organizational Development for training material enhancements and subject matter expert to Learning Architects for computer based training material review prior to launch. Educate and train internal Contact Center Leadership on use of new tools, systems, and processes. Use expertise in department data to field inquiries from senior leaders and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion including Contact Center auditing. Research and analyze data, prepare reports, identify trends and offer solutions to improve efficiency, reduce talk time, reduce escalations and transfers, and enhance the member experience. Research all service tickets and emails submitted by credit unions, Service Delivery, Account Executives, Contact Center Leaders, and other internal departments. Review call recordings, scripts, and Knowledgebase to resolve. Update systems and knowledge management systems as needed to reconcile ticket and submit coaching tickets. Perform other duties as assigned.
