Location: Hybrid, Studio Park Corporate HQ in Grand Rapids, MI (or hybrid on-site in our Chicago office with expectation of periodic travel to Grand Rapids, MI)

Job Summary
This is an opportunity in Acrisure's growing FP&A department, with a focus on Acrisure's West region. Responsibilities include directly supporting the preparation of annual budgets/plans, quarterly reforecasts, and overall expense management, including analysis on key drivers for financial performance.
Scope and Responsibilities
Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of financials and KPI's across Acrisure's West region. This FP&A position will collaborate with numerous leaders and Acrisure Partners.
Effectively communicate the trends and patterns of expenses to various levels of management within Acrisure.
Support the budgeting/planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes with Acrisure Partners.
Provide reporting, analysis, and review of lines of business (LOB) performance, strategic initiatives, and profitability.
Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual results as compared to budget and re-forecast(s).
Build relationships and collaborate with Acrisure Partners to create or enhance process guidelines.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) preferred
Prior experience within the insurance industry preferred
Years of prior experience may influence level of analyst role

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI
Technical agility and knowledge of financial reporting systems preferred, e.g. Workday ERP & Adaptive Planning
Ability to work between multiple best-in-class cloud-based solutions
