Miami, FL Wage Range: 40-45 depending on years of experience and qualifications Job Number: 24-01690 Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst: II (Intermediate) to work from their Miami, FL office.
This person will analyze and reconscile accounts. Prepares and annotates variance reports. Works with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets.
Performs research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches. Role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word software and have a working knowledge of popular financial management applications.
The Financial Planning Analyst works with the FP&A team in tracking, monitoring, measurement, and reporting of Financial Results Information to various governances parties of the Bank: BSI Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Board Audit Committee and HC, Control de gestion Madrid and the WM Division. This position is responsible for creating/enhancing, controlling, and maintaining the tracking financial reporting system to enable the analysis of results globally and by center.
This position is responsible for reporting information within the Financial Planning Team, as necessary. Location:
Position will start off 5 days a week onsite at the Miami Santander office
Once candidate has gotten acclimated in the role, they will move to a hybrid working model Must-Have Requirements: - 3-5 Years of Experience
Previous banking Industry experience required
Strong Excel and data management experience needed
