Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:

• Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), covering revenue, cost of sales, margin quality, and operating expenses.

• Monitor performance indicators, identifying trends and explaining unanticipated variances.

• Strategic Initiatives:

• Develop financial models and analyses to support new strategic initiatives.

• Provide recommendations for revenue adjustments and risk mitigation before program roll-out.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze complex financial information, commission reports, and provide accurate and timely recommendations to executive management.

• Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from executive team members.

• Team Collaboration:

• Support finance department team members as needed.

• Prepare benchmarking, trend, and variance analysis, contributing to management presentations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical skills.

• Advanced M/S Excel, PowerPivot, and graphing expertise; experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Qlik or Tableau preferred).

• Proactive work ethic, sense of urgency, and accountability.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Ability to convey work product and strategic insights effectively.

• Superior interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.

• Independence and Motivation:

• Ability to work independently with strong self-management and self-motivation.
