Financial Analyst

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial processes such as creating and managing campaigns, Execution orders, Payment creation, etc.

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial data processed in the NERP system.

• Responsible for reconciling marketing invoices with the supporting documents submitted by the vendors

• Collaborate with channel marketing managers to make sure marketing programs are created promptly.

• Manage to the age of Execution Order aging and close them on a timely manner

• Work with Finance manager in preparing Bi-weekly forecast submission

• Generate required reporting to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances

• Responsible for finance/reporting, financial data analytics, and support ad-hoc activities

• Analyze actual spending data and update accruals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of directly related experience is required

• Prior experience in retail finance preferred

• Must have accounting experience utilizing SAP software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
