We have an amazing opportunity for you Position Summary: We are looking for a talented financial analyst. In this role, you will perform essential accounting and finance functions related to financial processes, reporting, analysis, costing, and interpretation.

You will also provide valuable input to management and guidance to other finance and operations personnel. Responsibilities: Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing processes, maintain the general ledger, generate monthly journal entries, and reconcile accounts.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports, providing summaries and recommendations to management regarding financial activities. Routine Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Operational Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting on the results and trends of operations.

Cost Analysis: Assist with product cost analysis (actual vs. standard) and cost savings calculations, budget creation, forecasts, and activity rates. ERP Systems : Develop a strong understanding of financial and ERP systems and the ability to data mine.

Fixed Assets Management: Manage fixed assets, including capitalizations, disposals, monthly depreciation, federal depreciation, and researching appropriate accounting treatments for complex transactions related to fixed assets. Tax Preparation:

Prepare and file taxes and external reports, including but not limited to sales & use taxes, 1099 reporting, property taxes, and census reports. Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, coworkers, production staff, and management. Process Improvement:

Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and enhance workflow. Autonomy: Perform job functions with minimal supervision. Audit Support:

Provide audit support through the generation of timely, accurate schedules and documents. Documentation: Create and maintain adequate and appropriate procedural documentation. SOX Compliance:

Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting. Additional Duties: Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or Finance. Experience : 2 to 3 years of continuous experience in a relevant role within the manufacturing industry.

SOX Compliance : Willingness to learn and implement SOX controls. Accounting and Finance : Strong background in both finance and accounting, with a focus on GAAP from an operational perspective and cost accounting. Tools and Software Proficiency:

ERP Systems : Proficiency in Oracle is a plus. Reporting Software : Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus. Microsoft Excel : Advanced skills required.

Work Arrangement: On-site : This position is 100% on-site to support operations and identify improvement opportunities. Effective communication with operations management is essential.
