You focus on ensuring financial success for small and large business projects and initiatives. As a Financial Analyst, you combine your expertise with your understanding of company objectives to create and manage capital projects, approvals and purchasing processes such as Capex and Opex. You propel business by coordinating and maintaining capital expenditure reporting processes, reconciling purchase orders to invoices and solving discrepancies while adhering to the forecasted budget.
You maximize the company's success by coordinating and monitoring budgets, re-forecasting and analyzing operating expenses. You excel at interpreting, developing and implementing financial concepts for planning and control. You determine the present and future financial performance of projects through regular analysis. You flourish in an office environment providing financial guidance and data to business partners across the company. You report to Enterprise Business Planning Management for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Responsible for tracking and monitoring Enterprise revenue streams and related financial metrics.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Assist with month-end close activities.
Identify and monitor Enterprise specific Key Performance Indicators.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reporting for Management team for various purposes.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy and validity of the data being reported by performing detailed analysis and collaboration with business counterparts.
Work closely with other functional groups across the organization to fully understand operational flows, product intricacies, systems architectures, for effective development of financial and operating performance reporting.

Required keys for success:
High competency in creating and working with complex Excel documents
Ability to work independently and with team members to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
Data mining expertise using Microsoft Access and Excel
Proficient in creating reporting packages
Must be able to recognize positive or negative trends concerning the overall effects on the business, as well as communicating recommendations to senior leadership
Clear understanding of product, sales and operational metrics that are drivers of revenue
Excellent written communication skills, including technical writing
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management
Previous experience in Financial and Operational analysis, research, audit and problem solving
