Job Overview

The S&OP Planning Analyst is a proactive collaborator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will support the Marvin Collections by working closely with the Sr Manager S&OP to support financial strategies and key KPI's. An excellent candidate for this role is both strategic and tactical in nature.

Highlights of your role

• Maintain and handle accurate forecasting at a product family level, helping own bottom-up planning connecting to overall top-down guidance and strategies.

• Assist in developing statistical forecasting, modeling, and analysis at both a macro level and Marvin product line level.

• Participate in integrated business planning by analyzing historical trends, working with Manager and cross functional leaders to translate sales plans into product mix, and working to meet key performance indicators

• Support Manager on deliverables for key milestone (S&OP) monthly meetings and strategies, tracking performance to determine actions.

• Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

• Other ad hoc analysis and duties as assigned

• You possess excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail

• You are a great and efficient communicator; good at listening, writing, speaking, and receptive/adaptable to feedback; a collaborative team player

• You are a self-starter; you can highly function even when processes are vague

Also want to make sure you have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5yrs of experience in finance, demand planning, or sales forecasting (S&OP)

• Strong interest in forecasting, statistical forecasting, operations, and/or product.

• Proficient plus in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly, systems savvy

• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
