In this role, you will be a finance business partner supporting our Software portfolio expected to be one of the company's innovation drivers. You will be primarily responsible for driving gross margin profitability through analytics, expense management, variance investigation, department ownership, and creating visibility for leaders to derive actionable insights. You will also be responsible for the distribution of financial dashboards and reporting of key performance metrics using accurate and quality data.

This position will play a critical role in supporting the Software Enterprise business as the organization continues to transform. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious candidate that wants to develop and establish new processes to effectively partner with the business team and drive results.

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.

  • Exercises good judgment, flexible, and comfortable working under time constraints and with multiple operating constituents.

  • Strong system skills including MS Office, Oracle, and Smartview are a plus.

Areas include (but not limited to): AR Aging; Cash management; Revenue recognition; Collections management<br /> o Identify opportunities for improvement. Works closely with management to inspect & improve process; identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitate and drive continuous process improvement<br /> o Conduct and support Specialized analyses – Customer Profitability, Receivables Quality, Bad Debt Loss ratios, acquisition/conversion/new opportunity analysis, business case development, and investment alternatives<br /> o Develop and maintain key performance indicators & dashboards, proactively monitoring and analyze results of activities, suggest alternative actions, identify opportunities for improvement and driving understanding across the business<br /> o Provide support for executive presentations and/or planning sessions<br /> o Support and manage the development and administration of operating budgets.
