For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is seeking a Financial Analyst in Buffalo, NY. This role is a hybrid opportunity, with two - three days a week in the office. The Financial Analyst will support the CFO in managing the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to assist in strategic decision-making and enhance overall financial performance. Additionally, the analyst will support the integration of the entity for a specified duration, ensuring alignment with corporate financial practices. What will you do? Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts; monitor performance against the budget and provide variance analysis. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and evaluate potential investments and projects. Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the financial integration of this entities, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and practices during the transition period. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather relevant data and insights, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategies. Ad Hoc Analysis: Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by the CFO or other senior management. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and operational efficiency. Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and executive-level discussions.
