The Finance Rotation Development Program is an entry-level program to identify and develop high potential talent within the Finance organization leading to a full time, regular position at IGT. This program is a three-year commitment that will provide rotations in three different segments of the Finance team. Through your rotations, you will receive respected mentors amongst our leadership team, learning opportunities with challenging hands on experience, and become a mentor to other program participants. Program participants will receive exclusive training and exposure to multiple parts of a complex business to provide them a well-rounded experience within multiple finance functions.

Rotational placements may include: Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury.

  • There are three, one-year rotations within the program. Placement in each rotation is determined based on business needs, participant's areas of interest, availability, and program year-end evaluation.

  • At the end of each rotation year, program participants will complete a program year-end evaluation form with their manager to determine eligibility for pay increase and/or promotion.

  • In year two or three, you may be nominated to participate in a six-month long leadership program for high performing, high potential employees.

  • Upon successful completion of the three-year program, participants are eligible to apply for any available position in the organization. The application process may begin no sooner than three months from the end of the rotation program.

  • Some travel may be required.

  • Final job placement may require or provide opportunity for relocation at end of program.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.

  • 1-3 years related accounting/financial analysis experience, preferred.

  • Progressive attitude and strong analytical skills in relation to new technology and changing environments.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong PC skills with Microsoft applications.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

  • Commitment to three-year program.

  • Must be a team player, flexible with work assignments, and rotational placements.

The Financial Analyst 3 will prepare reports as needed, provide educational support to leaders, and establish tracking and trending reports to be utilized by all levels of management. The main emphasis of this position is to aid management in controlling costs and in improving efficiency in the utilization of the organization's resources. Nature and Scope The primary challenge of this position is supporting leadership throughout Renown Health with financial analysis covering a breadth of topics. This position requires a substantial working knowledge of the many financial systems and databases and how they relate to the financial reporting with the system's financial processes. This position has many assignments and provides information to many individuals, therefore, the incumbent must have the ability to organize and prioritize projects to ensure that deadlines are met and to respond to customers in a timely and effective manner. This position will have access to proprietary information mandating high standards of professionalism, communication, performance, and respect for confidentiality. This position has the authority to work within the established guidelines to resolve project issues with the appropriate personnel. Decisions that must be referred to leadership are prioritization of assigned projects, major data or database issues, changes in procedure, release of confidential information and expenditures. The incumbent must exude effective organizational and communication skills. Additionally, the incumbent must be a demonstrated self-starter who can work independently on solving complex business problems with minimal guidance, direction and supervision.
