Rewards Network is a network-based marketing services and financial technology company serving the US credit card, loyalty and restaurant industries. The company sits at the intersection of affluent credit card users, restaurants, loyalty programs, issuing banks and payment networks. Reward Network's merchant-funded rewards platform adds value by driving "top of wallet" preference for credit card issuers and payment networks, and shifting consumer spend towards participating merchants, most of which are local small businesses. We have financed more than $2.5 billion in total cash to restaurants, bars, and clubs in our network, and boast more than 19 million reward-seeking members -- including frequent flyers, corporate cardholders, and highly-motivated diners who spend more than $500 million annually and earn more than $1B in rewards each year

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative Financial Analyst to support the rapidly growing demand on FP&A. Reporting to the Director of FP&A with a Sr. Financial Analyst mentor, this role will primarily be responsible for reporting across the various business segments, assisting in forecasting and planning activities, ad hoc and project related work. This role will bring exposure to both the expense and revenue side of the business, analytics, forecasting and planning, and interaction with leaders across the organization.

What you'll do with us:

  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously within established timeframes and maintain an awareness of status and deliverables

  • Partner with cross functional teams to assist on ad hoc analytical requests across sales, partner, marketing, and operations to provide insights and power decisions

  • Report and analyze our monthly KPIs for the board of directors, management team, and the larger company

  • Assist in the planning and forecasting processes for both revenue and expenses

What you've done:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role required

  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SQL and/or cube structured data assets

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

We connect diners to fantastic restaurant experiences by offering unique card-linked offers thanks to our ability to leverage advanced technology and powerful data analytics, while simultaneously providing value to our strategic partners' overall loyalty programs.

We work alongside our restaurant partners every day, sharing in the ebbs and flows of their business while helping them achieve their dreams. We provide marketing and financing that work with their business and are truly pay-for-performance. We help them increase revenue, traffic, and customer engagement. Importantly, our services do not require the merchant to discount or give away their products.

Even more, we enhance our partners' loyalty programs by offering a turn-key, scalable dining rewards program that is right for their business model and leverages their unique brand to help increase the value proposition for their customers.

Finally, we connect our millions of members to our participating restaurants, allowing them to earn the rewards they desire when dining out.

Rewards Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). We encourage and strongly support workplace diversity.
