The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative Financial Analyst to support the rapidly growing demand on FP&A. Reporting to the Director of FP&A with a Sr. Financial Analyst mentor, this role will primarily be responsible for reporting across the various business segments, assisting in forecasting and planning activities, ad hoc and project related work. This role will bring exposure to both the expense and revenue side of the business, analytics, forecasting and planning, and interaction with leaders across the organization.
What you'll do with us:
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously within established timeframes and maintain an awareness of status and deliverables
Partner with cross functional teams to assist on ad hoc analytical requests across sales, partner, marketing, and operations to provide insights and power decisions
Report and analyze our monthly KPIs for the board of directors, management team, and the larger company
Assist in the planning and forecasting processes for both revenue and expenses
What you've done:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role required
Proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SQL and/or cube structured data assets
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
