Education Requirement:


Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics required. # # Experience Requirement: # Two (2) years of experience in a related area to include: computer/electronic worksheet skills, knowledge of financial forecasting and analyses techniques and modeling, financial documents including lease, loan, investment instruments and computer graphics. # # Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

#Ability and willingness to apply clinical or business knowledge and skills and maintain competency required within assigned area(s).

#Through knowledge of current instructional skills, adult education teaching techniques and methodology

#Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) required.#

#Demonstrated ability to perform duties and responsibilities promptly and consistently with minimum direct supervision in planning and organizing work required. #

#Ability to objectively appraise and analyze the qualifications and performance of others as well as the ability to plan and direct their activities required. #

#Ability to judge the appropriate action in response to changes, circumstances or problems. #

#History and ability to create curriculum and associated documentation for computer system training.

#Demonstrated computer skills and abilities to input, format, retrieve data for statistical purposes and presentations. # Physical Demands/Conditions:

#The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.

#Must have good balance and coordination.

#The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.

#The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.

#The conditions to which the employee will be subject in this position: The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for revenue billing for two Corporate entities. * Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching subsidiary. * Responsible for collecting revenue billings with internal and external customers. * Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period. * Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting. * Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded. Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity. * Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis * Other duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience Requirements: * BA or BS in Accounting * 1-3 years in accounting or audit related field. * Accounts Receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred. * CPA preferred, not required.
