Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Utah Retirement Services team plays a pivotal role in supporting Financial Advisors (FA) and Client Service Associates (CSA) within a large company in the Financial Industry . We offer expert guidance on Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and Qualified Retirement Plans, addressing inquiries on account types, contribution and distribution rules, tax obligations, IRS regulations, and company policies. This is an opportunity to embark on a fulfilling career in the Financial Services industry. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage inbound calls from Financial Advisors and their Associates, addressing inquiries on IRAs and qualified plans within their portfolios, while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to deliver exceptional service to our Financial Advisors.

• Participate in special projects as needed, staying abreast of evolving IRS regulations.

• Utilize diverse internal and external resources to resolve issues efficiently.

• Adhere to established procedures for processing written requests, routing inquiries to appropriate teams, and escalating as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Desired: - Fundamental knowledge of IRAs or 3 years of relevant experience .

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Background in customer service.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
