Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:

  • Experience with auditing billing/invoices.

  • Systems audit experience.

  • Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • SQL experience.

  • Trending cyclical billing revenue to identify and document reasons for changes.

  • Auditing billing exceptions at a customer level.

  • Validating test data.

  • Reviewing various transactions for accuracy in multiple systems covering order processing, online transactions, promotions, billing, rating, etc.

  • Utilizing the billing system and various tools to help ensure the integrity of our data and systems.

To learn more about ADS, please visit our website at www.adspipe.com.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Here's a look into what you will be doing in this role:</p><ul><li><p>Draft quarterly earnings releases and earnings call presentations, including drafting of SEC disclosure documents as necessary</p></li><li><p>Prepare and update internal schedules to support investor relations and executive management teams</p></li><li><p>Facilitate monthly review meetings and prepare related meeting materials</p></li><li><p>Review publicly available information and coordinate with internal teams to promptly address analyst and investor questions</p></li><li><p>Follow relevant ADS-related news and review analyst notes for updating estimates, models and analyses</p></li><li><p>Track peer earnings and news updates and provide summaries for executive management informational purposes</p></li><li><p>Complete ad-hoc projects and reports to support the Director of Investor Relations and Vice President of Corporate Strategy &amp; Investor Relations, as needed</p></li><li><p>Support Investor Relations events, including investor conferences, roadshows and regular conference calls</p></li><li><p>Support efforts to expand ADS's investor base via research, targeting and marketing support</p></li><li><p>Collaborate across assorted business functions (finance, accounting, sales, operations, IT, HR, Investor Relations, etc.) providing insights with ad‐hoc analysis</p></li><li><p>Support ongoing efforts focused on streamlining, improving, and automating processes</p></li><li><p>Drive through challenges in order to effectively deliver on commitments</p></li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p>Qualified applicants should possess the following background and characteristics:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business degree required, MBA, CPA or CFA is a plus</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5+ years practical work experience</p></li><li><p>Strong technical skills including knowledge of GAAP</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must</p></li><li><p>Ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness and pro-actively resolve problems and manage multiple projects in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Able to handle confidential information in a mature manner</p></li><li><p>Solid organizational skills, task prioritization and effective time management</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively and influence individuals in various functional areas and different levels of the organization</p></li><li><p>Mid to advanced PC skills using Outlook, Word, Excel (ability to perform pivots, V-lookups and other functions with Excel)</p></li><li><p>Oracle and/or FCCS experience preferred, but not required</p></li></ul><p>EEO Statement</p><p>ADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
