Our Newest Opportunity:

The Financial Analyst - Property & Casualty is responsible for preparing financial related analyses associated with carrier bonuses/contingencies for the property & casualty vertical. This position also assists with month-end close

tasks, including estimating annual bonus revenue for all the major bonus programs, tracking bonus payments in the CRM systems, and leading collection efforts with the carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the national and regional bonus programs across all P&C carriers

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of OneDigital's financial reporting and cash posting processes

• Prepare analyses on financial impact to changes in P&C bonus programs year over year

• Prepare comparative analyses of various P&C bonus programs to identify similarities and differences of each program

• Prepare detailed annual revenue estimates for each major P&C bonus program

• Ensure proper posting of P&C bonus revenue estimates in the monthly financials

• Build relationships with the P&C carriers to ensure our interpretations of the bonus programs are aligned

• Identify discrepancies from P&C bonus reports and communicate with the appropriate internal department

• Ad hoc reporting and special projects

• Additional responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to make accurate, independent decisions based on data provided

Education, Training and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area

• Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Microsoft Office D365 preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a similar financial position

• Experience with insurance brokerage operations, highly desired but not required

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
