Summary

This position will report directly to the Controller, with a focus of BOM management, costing & assisting with various financial analysis projects. This includes participation in cost reviews, working with site manufacturing teams to set up new products, & supporting the preparation of financial statements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Support site management & plant operations with improvement efforts through in-depth analysis of BOMs & standard costs

• Work closely with the Controller & VP of Finance to complete various month end processes, fixed asset maintenance, & inventory accuracy

• Daily review of expense transactions, & general ledger accounts

• Other ad hoc reports & analysis as assigned

Requirements / Education / Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful, but not required

• General knowledge of ERP systems

• Very strong Excel skills are critical, with the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets a plus

• Ability to navigate different connecting systems & programs fluidly

• Comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment
