JOB SUMMARY

The role of Financial Analyst is to support management planning and identify, maintain, and evaluate information and financial data. Be able to recommend actions. Report on the companys financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting package

Assist in the companys budget forecast process

Prepare and review project ROI analyses as requested

Compare and analyze variances of actual results to plan and forecast, identify trends, report findings to management, recommend actions

Analyze product costing and pricing

Analyze and provide insight into areas of expense, marketing, sales and operations, discounts, and promotions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Math, Accounting or a related field but MBA preferred

3+ years experience in related field preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Applications

Knowledge of accounting systems and controls

Knowledge of financial/GAAP reporting

Highly analytical, with strong financial analysis

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Ability to collaborate with all departments
