Financial Analyst – Residential Development

Our client, a leading national residential developer and home builder, is looking for a Financial Analyst to assist the Region CFO by conducting quantitative analyses of division financial information. This role focuses on conducting audits on budgets and projected costs, as well as completing financial research and analysis on projects assigned by the Region Controller & CFO.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate reports and analyses required by the CFO.

• Collaborate with the CFO and Controller to compile the annual Business Plan for the region.
• Oversee the capital allocation forecast for all divisions within the region.
• Assess proposed land acquisitions and collaborate with divisions on forecasting models.
• Deliver essential financial analysis to the CFO.
• Track divisional performance against key metrics compared to the current and prior year budgets.
• Effectively communicate accounting requirements to colleagues in non-financial roles.
• Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all business activities.
• Support the CFO with the annual budget process and continuous updates.

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and execute instructions provided in written or oral form.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail.

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 DOE + Annual Bonus of $10,000 - $15,000
