Novant Health is seeking a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: internal financial reporting, accounting and transactional research and analysis, accounts receivable reserve analysis and development, provider compensation plan administration, completion of financial surveys, various month-end closing duties, ad hoc requests for medical group system initiatives, and participation in the annual budgeting process. Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Accounting or Finance degree, required.

• Experience: Minimum one year of experience, required.

• Licensure/Certification: CPA license or eligibility, preferred.

• Additional skills required: Excel experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research skills.

• Additional skills preferred: Experience with interim and annual financial reporting.
